Private sessions are all about collaboration, exploration and direct attention. Together we can decide what you’d like to explore and achieve from class, tailored mindful flows to suit you wherever you are along your yoga journey.

Private classes are wonderful safe spaces to play & try new things you may not have dared to try before. At the beginning of our work together we can set intentions of what we would like to address and achieve in our time together. During our sessions we will explore your body & mind through a moving mediation. We will focus on your breathe as we flow, we will use posture & alignment corrections to make sure you are moving safety and with intention & we will use sound for relaxation. We will explore the releasing of any physical or mental blockages you may have stored in your nervous system.
